you would like to arrange a confidential assessment, please call the
Chemical Dependency Center at (704) 376-7447 and ask for Court Services.
The staff will assist you in scheduling a convenient appointment
time and will explain the process and required documentation.
The
fee for the assessment is set by the state and is $100 plus $9 for
