This paperwork can include: BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) Judgment Papers Citation Any court-related paperwork (DWI, divorce, custody, etc.) 2. You need to bring a list of any medication you may be taking. 3. You need to bring your insurance card or insurance information. 4. Also, remember to bring your assessment fees and money orders.
