Just call 704-376-7447 and ask to speak with a counselor. Our professional counselors know how to listen and will guide you to the next step. Usually the next step is an appointment for an assessment. The assessor will then be able to make recommendations that will help you. There are a wide variety of services offered at the CDC. _________________ Q: How much does it cost to get an STD test? A: This is an excellent question. The CDC does not administer STD tests.
